I've dealt with George and easy magic on several occasions now. Previously they helped out when I needed specific card gaffs for some things I was working on, and the most recent occasion was for a custom coin gaff to perform a specific type of sun / moon routine.As usual EM were responsive and helpful from the outset. George usually gets back to me immediately, and always within 24 hours. These guys' customer service is second to none. It goes without saying that for anything slightly out of the ordinary, that can't be bought 'off the shelf' I won't hesitate to contact them again in the future. As a side note I have also had a couple of regular things that I needed straight off the website, and again, service and quality was all good.Thanks guysSteve

I enquired whether Easy Magic could produce some NZ coin unique. The communication was excellent, they informed me of the cost and the process that was involved. Coins were made and posted out to me. They are excellent quality, a really good fit with great workmanship. The cost was also very reasonable. Would definitely purchase from Easy Magic again.

I really didn't want to do this, but the circumstances have led me to this point: I bought a 'coin unique' trick from easymagic last week and the delivery was prompt. The trick was, however, not as described - the gimmicked coin was not good enough to be examined by the audience. So hoping i had received a dud i emailed them about an exchange - no reply. So, i emailed again a few days later- still no reply. So, yesterday, i left a 'review' on their website to make other customers aware of the tricks short comings, particularly as all the other reviews were gushing 5 star affairs. This review has not subsequently appeared on the website, which leads me to suggest that they are only allowing 5 star reviews (or maybe even writing them themselves?). I find the fact that i've had no reply to 2 emails and a 2 star review all ignored very telling and looking through all the 5 star reviews here on google it makes me think these do not reflect my experience and so may not be genuine either, hence me writing this to share my concerns. Maybe you have (or will have) a better experience than me, but just be aware of my experience. Good luck!Update 31/10/20I've been contacted by easymagic since initially posting this review and it has been explained to me that their emails to me were bounced back for some reason. They also point out that my review, of the product is now included with the others. Finally they have suggested the small amount of movement in the gimmicked coin should become imperceptible once used and some residual grime from normal handling is present - and i can testify that in the few days since purchase, this movement has seemed to reduce a little. Otherwise, they assure me they are happy to exchange. Time will tell which of these outcomes becomes a reality.So, it would seem (today at least) that my concerns outlined above in my initial review were unfounded. Hopefully this remains the case. Thanks to easymagic for getting hold of me and straightening out the situation.
