Never thought of using a car broker before but what an excellent experience!! At standard car dealerships you usually get a hard sell with a salesman that isnt really concerned about what you want and its just what they can sell the quickest. This automatically puts me off and given the type of vehicle i was looking to purchase i knew this was not the approach I wanted. The guys at Lords really listened to what i was looking for and took the role of researching and sourcing the car for me.
