Best ever firm I have been with I am disabled and nothing is too much trouble for this firm they even get out and open the door for you,As for the lady on the phone she is always polite and helpful and if you have to wait for a while for a car which has only happened to me once in the last two years I might add and then only for twenty mins .she could not say sorry enough times bless her.More firms like that is what we could do with. The other taxi firms could learn a lot from this Taxi firm.Thank to ALL the staff

Avoid of all cost! Town cars member was extreamly rude, swearing using the F word constantly in presence of two little kids is disgracefull. You scared my kids who end up crying. all of us left shaken by this experience. I don't know what sort of horrible person you are?? I would give 0 if I could.

Used this company for the very first time this morning and i'm more than delighted to say that it will be my LAST!! almost every taxi company in the wrexham area charges a fair price approx £6 from gresford to king street but £7 is a disgrace! really need to review your prices if you want to keep customers! never ever paid that much in the 8 years i have lived in gresford!

Girl on reception had her phone plastered to her ear all night, would of been higher but this wasn't very professional compared to previous staff I've had in the past (8 odd years) which have at least been discreet about it.

This firm has always been there for me when I've needed to get home of an evening and the buses have stopped running. The most convenient thing about the firm is that they're right next door to King Street bus station. For at least three years, any time I've had to use Town Cars, I've never had to wait more than five minutes. Friendly staff, smart drivers, clean cars, affordable fares and they tell you what the fare will be up front. Can't recommend them highly enough.
