Jess was fantastic. I was in need of a room in a short space a time. From message, to viewing and offer accepted all in the space of 24 hours. She always has a huge smile on her face and is a great communicator. Superb service, fully recommend!

Exclusive rooms are one of the best company’s to rent rooms with. Their rooms gave me such independence and I’ve made life long friends. Jess and the whole team are great to deal with so easy to talk to and genuinely care about their tenants. Fully recommend!

I can’t begin to express how happy I am with the service I’ve had with Exclusive Rooms so far. I put an initial enquiry in and within 24 hours I’ve a room secured. This was down to how excellent Jess was.She has been incredibly friendly and helpful in finding rooms for myself and my friend. Whilst it’s stressful finding a room, Jess made the process very easy and was incredibly responsive to any messages or concerns I had. She gave all the information I needed and wanted and wasted no time in helping me.I cannot wait to start staying in my new room and a big thank you to Exclusive Rooms and of course Jess!!

The process was really good and smooth! Jess was very understanding to my personal circumstances and was able to find me a new place to call home. I met Jess on Friday 24th to view a room and could not be happier. Jess was amazing in terms of communication leading up to the viewing, arrived on time and really took her time showing me round the room, letting me know about the other tenants, and explaining how the house worked. This was from the shared kitchen, to the cleaners and gardener. Nothing was too much trouble and Jess was really informative. The property itself was excellent. Very clean, spacious and well decorated. It was exactly as the pictures showed. Jess took the time to find out about me so as to best match me to a suitable household. Having viewed the room it was an easy decision to accept it, and again Jess went out of her way to move the process along smoothly. Referencing was quick and efficient, and even when I had queries running really late into the night Jess took the time to respond even though she should be relaxing and enjoying her off time. Both Jess and subsequently Tracey have done all they can to fit in around my plans and work and ensure that the whole process runs like clockwork. I would 100% recommend Exclusive Rooms as they are certainly the best I have dealt with in terms of finding a room around Gatwick. Completely a step up from the norm. Thank you to all.
