DPD Depot

Purchased a medical bag from Amazon on the 29/11/23 from Gima in Italy..I took three days to arrive in England,and its been sat at the local depot for 3 days.Received a text stating it will delivered today 6/12/23.I will believe that when he rings the door bell !!!

Driver turned up & rang door, put ‘we tried to deliver your parcel’ note through door straight after he rang and left before I could walk downstairs to the door. Could say it’s my fault for not being there as soon as he rang but he turned up on the first minute of my hour slot and left a minute after, didn’t even try to deliver the parcel. Either way what if he was delivering to a disabled or elderly person who has to get downstairs. Michael you’re awful at your job.

Absolutely incompetent and suspect dishonest. Phone ordered through I'd, supposed to come to my address between 6:55 and 7:55pm. At start of time slot, checked tracking and still showing stop 70 of 126 (Me) which seemed strange. Checked bit later and shown at stop 77. It then stayed at 77 for 40+ minutes. After this tracking info completely disappeared and just said driver running late. Then at 10:15pm, status changed again to say back at depot and would be delivered following day. Checked next day and status delivered with address device/data/loss. Rang DPD who were useless and tried contacting Hebburn depot but no answer. Would deal further with issue and said have to contact ID mobile. I referred the matter to ID and it took seemly 2 weeks for DPD to investigate issue and come back and say item lost. How can something get lost when supposedly out for delivery? Absolute sham and suspect someone has helped themselves to my item.

I regret to inform that my recent experience with DPD has been profoundly disappointing, marking it as the most unprofessional delivery service I have encountered to date. The core issue lies in the handling of a parcel that was purportedly delivered to my wife, whose name was on the package. However, at the time of this alleged delivery, she was indisputably at work, instantly raising doubts about the delivery's legitimacy.Adding to the confusion, the parcel was delivered to an unknown address, certainly not to our residence, as we have yet to receive it. The so-called proof of delivery exacerbates the situation; the quality of the accompanying picture is so abysmal that it fails to clarify where or to whom the parcel was delivered. This absence of clarity is further compounded by the lack of any note or information indicating the neighbor to whom the parcel might have been entrusted.Furthermore, the delivery was supposedly made at a time when I was present at home, eagerly awaiting the package. Despite my attentiveness, no doorbell ring or knock was heard, leading me to believe that the delivery person did not make a genuine attempt to deliver the package to our address. This situation has left me with no choice but to consider the parcel as lost and to embark on an inconvenient quest of inquiring with neighbours in hopes of locating it.In summary, the entire episode reflects a complete lack of professionalism on the part of DPD, marked by poor communication, questionable delivery practices, and a total disregard for customer service protocols. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disheartening.An update, the parcel was delivered to our address but in a different town! The person saw the correct road name and just took it, and drove back in their own time to deliver that to us! How can you deliver a parcel to a wrong town?!

Useless waste of space. Keep sending my parcels back to senders and never attempt to deliver. Rude staff on the phone. They are not interested in investigating probably because they know very well what they are doing....

Twice now I’ve paid for next day delivery on parcels that DPD have been couriers for and they’ve not delivered on time. Ring customer services who just say sorry because they obviously get this a lot - they literally don’t care and just give you the excuse of ‘your parcels not been assigned a driver’, ‘it’s still on the pallets’ that’s not my issue. If you’re offering a paid for next day delivery service then stick to it. Absolute joke! Shame because the drivers are actually really nice it’s just the depot are that absolutely infuriatingly bad. Who’s going to refund me my delivery charges? Oh that’s right probably no one. Sort it out or you’ll have the same reputation as Hermes (they’re actually better at the moment)!

Not happy!!!!!! delivery came didn't even knock saw him, left card to say no-one was in, shocking!!!! 4days later no parcel. Every day they say they are coming. Still no parcel even rang office they couldn't find anything out as to what's happening with my parcels. Would not recommend

Would rate 0 if I could Stephen from DPD said he'd be delivering at my address for 15:44-16:44 I checked the reviews last night as I don't trust DPD myself and they never bothered to knock I had my certains open and door unlocked all ready for him coming I'm pretty sure he didn't even show up as I was litterly saying I don't trust theses people because of what I read in these reviews I called them up straight away and they said it would be delivered to my nearest shop the next however my nearest shop where he should be dropping of is across the road from me absolutely shocking service and had better get my things as I'm permanently disabled and need this breath properly

I had a scam text to say that DPD was making and then had made a delivery to me. No delivery was made. I contacted customer services whos only suggestion was that I contacted the sender so they could raise a complaint.Sender does not use DPD so obviously a scam. Tried to complain myself through their customer complaints but was unable to do anything. Pointless if you cant complain. Concerned now about whi has hacked who

Disgrace of a company, paid for an asos next day delivery Saturday morning, it arrived at their depot Sunday and was due to be delivered, it’s now the following Thursday night and after numerous calls and emails and promises every single day that it would be delivered the following day as you can imagine I’m still waiting, useless company, useless staff who don’t help you and Im getting no support
