I recently purchased an engagement ring from Picketts & Pursers. James and the team were extremely helpful in sourcing a selection of rings to match my criteria. I wouldn’t hesitate using Picketts in the future. The service was excellent! Brilliant jewellers.

Needed the battery changing on my watch today, the team fitted it while I waited and were very friendly and professional. Great service at a very sensible price. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service. Popped in yesterday to get a couple of links taken out of my bracelet. The staff were so helpful and really friendly. The lady who served me took the time to measure my wrist and bracelet so the fit was exactly how i wanted it. While it was being adjusted i had a look around the shop and was very impressed with the range and jewelry, watches, frames etc from affordable to high end brands such as Mont Blanc and Omega. I will be definitely be shopping at Picketts & Pursers from now on. It;s shops like this that show why we need to shop locally in independent shops. Service, knowledge and value for money that you don't get online or in your high street chain shops.

Fantastic family run jewellery business in the heart of Petersfield, selling quality products and also offering a jewellery repair service. It is clear that great customer service is at the heart of this wonderful business. I would like to commend Elizabeth today and her manager James, who made us feel very welcome this afternoon with their friendly but very professional service. We aren't local but I happened to browse the window of Picketts and Pursers a few weeks ago whilst in Petersfield and fell in love with a ring. I couldn't forget it and have just returned from purchasing it.This establishment is amazing, a nod to bygone years when service and courtesy was a normal expectation. And yet totally up to date. The service my husband and I received has been second to none, from the information given on my ring of choice, to having it re-sized and the level of concern and care shown by Lee to ensure it was a perfect fit. Cared for throughout the whole process. This was not a huge monetary purchase in the great scheme of things in jewellery terms, but precious to us. We were treated as valued clients and made to feel special. Absolutely remarkable in this day and age and I have to say the purchase experience has been as valuable as the ring.You are not ushered off the premises with a wave once the purchase is made, they invite you to return to have the ring cleaned if passing and ensure you are aware that nothing is too much trouble. I am so glad I walked through the door that day. Unique experience, and so appreciated. Thank you, Lee and Team.

I bought a pair of second hand diamond (chips) earrings, even got a battery watch thrown in for nothing. Very good service, respectful and helpful. A bit expensive but you pay for the service. Nice touch with the follow up insurance valuation letter made me write this review.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend, there are price brackets for most people, I will be returning.

Just bought a lovely contemporary ladies Rotary watch from Picketts and Pursers in Petersfield. It was exactly what I wanted. Matthew took out some links so that it fitted perfectly. No charge. I had a query about it and emailed the next day on the enquiries address. Natalie responded immediately and was able to answer and explain to my complete satisfaction. Would have no hesitation in recommending this family business. Use it or lose it.

I went in hoping to get a battery fitted to a watch which unfortunately is rather to big and it also takes four batteries at once. But the size was to big and they said I should find a specialist shop dealing with this sort of watch. They were very nice & knowledgeable staff. And very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate in taking a normal size watch to them. They also have a wonderful shop filled with nice jewelry and ornaments.
