Not a good experience at all - if you want your car to come back with more warning lights than it started with you've come to the right placePaid extra for same day battery fitting service, rushed there after work and be told they don't have the right partCall the next day and told the car is sorted. turn up to collect to then be told I have to pay extra as it was a different battery they fitted (despite using the registration plate checker from their website to order the part). - with no mention of a refund on the same day premium fee I'd already paidOn getting the car back there was a new dashboard warning light - which the man I spoke to refused to take any responsibility for. When asking on how I could then raise this as an issue since he wouldn't acknowledge it, he became very dismissiveI've since been waiting around three weeks with no update on this, and also had to have the new warning light sorted elsewhere at my own costAvoid

Rang Thursday and arranged to have work carried out Saturday arrived 8.30 and told its not booked in, after explaining it was booked in over the phone he was having none of it and was I told it couldn't be done and further added he had only one technician as other staff had been taken to work elsewhere. Appalling ing customer service, won't be back.

Unprofessional and rude staff done my wheels alinement with faulty tyres did not check the tyres before do the job.Thanks to God I have checked the fault by myself and saved big incidentsDon’t go there please

If you consider going to this garage for service, please think twice. I gave my car to them for regular service but they broke my car. Now I have to find another garage to get it repaired, and I feel really helpless. I've tried contacting them, but it didn't work. Go straight to the garage, they can't fix it. Emailed through their website, no reply.

Taken my car there a few times with various different issues with the tyres and the staff there are spot on. Quick and reliable service.

Sorted out a fault left by previous garage and did it whilst keeping me informed at all stages. Would recommend

Worst experience at this service center. Had booked in for a full service as I had an issue with the clutch. The guys carried out a full service and said there is no issue with the clutch. After 3 weeks, the car broke down and breakdown guys looked at and none of the fluids were topped up. Screen wash , break fluid etc. Avoid this service center, as its waste of time and money. The horrible part of it is no one is ready to accept the incomplete service carried out on the vehicle. Got to your local garage than these guys. Wish there was a 0 star on the ratings.

Booked online for MOT. Half an hour before my car was due I got a phone call stating my MOT was being cancelled due to equipment failure. I attended the garage anyway but unbeknown to them as I was on route when I got the call. Guess what, no equipment failure as all mechanics were using the equipment.Liars, unprofessional and if you get a phone call off Ged, don’t believe him.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I called multiple Halfords Autocenters to attain basic information about my vehicle (Age & mileage of any services/MOTs) that Halfords may have carried out. According to GDPR
