First Choice Dry Cleaners

Worst customer service I have EVER received. Took my clothes to dry clean then closed for over 2 weeks. Find out today that there machine was broken. I understand things happen but no communication, no email or telephone to get hold of anyone had my suits which I needed for a wedding but then had to buy a new one because of this dreadful service so now oit of pocket. Then to top it off they hadnt even dry cleaned my clothes yet i promptly took them back is worst condition as the were creased to hell as been sitting in a basket for weeks. While i was trying to explain my situation got cut off everytime I was trying to talk with a basic sorry but machine broke. Top it off whilst speaking to me answered there phone and walked away. Seriously need to learn to value your customers or even listen and try to emphasis with them. AVOID AVOID AVOID

No longer accept Essex Police dry cleaning vouchers for the tunics.

Utterly woeful service here. Called up via text relay as I'm profoundly deaf only to get hung up on. Tried again. Same thing. Asked relay assistant to try a different tack. Waited a while as she spoke to him.I don't care. If he can't hear

Quality service

Feather duvet collected from there slightly damp and smelling mouldy. Had clearly been shoved in a corner wet and forgotten about for 4 days. Saw a few duvets there just bunched up and shoved in corners. Will never use them again.

If I could leave no stars I would. Avoid this business! Took a large load of bedding and towels for same day wash and dry.When I returned home with my clean items I realised all of the towels were still damp and needed to be aired out to dry. But worst of all they had destroyed our mattress protector - clearly it had gone into the driers at a high temperature and the synthetic material had literally melted. We took the item back to the shop and they refused to give us a refund as they denied causing the problem.Horrendous business and customer service - will never use them again.
