Super quick and efficient, plus the driver we had today was really kind and understanding despite tensions being high on the passenger side of things. Not bad pricing either! Thankyou!

Really slick service and a lovely driver

The absolute worst service I have ever had. I phoned up to ask for a taxi after finding them on google and seeing a 5 star rating. The guy on the phone didn’t seem to understand very much English so this didn’t help things from the start. I could see on google map that I was stood not far from the HQ but I couldn’t find it in the housing estate. The guy however had no idea where i was after multiple tries I said the name of the main road I stood on and my location. To make things easier he asked for a post code however not being a local I couldn’t give him one so I just said the name of the nearest pub which he didn’t recognise after walking further down the road away from the headington roundabout. After an already stressful day and being in a hurry (which I explained in the beginning of this call.) I finally got told that I would have to wait for an hour for a car. I honestly gave up, hung up the phone as I still didn’t think he knew were I was and just walked the miles on foot. Wouldn’t recommend.
