Took a boot in for repair, didn’t listen to how I wanted the repair to be done , ie match the other boot. Very poor crocked stitching .Cheap but won’t be returning

Really sad experience,Gave my wedding shoes to be re-sole'd after many year of enjoyment and use. He did not listen to my request and butchered them. Totally changed the shape of the shoe to the point that the new soles did not even match the originals, nor were they symmetrical to each other.Came here wanting to recommend leaving feeling like memories have been destroyed.Do not trust with anything you don't mind loosing.In the end he paid us back in full but unfortunately I have since had to throw the shoes away as they not only looked awful but they fell apart a few weeks later.So so disappointed.

Brilliant service as always by Nigel! Friendly, very helpful and professional service. Got 3 keys cut today from him after using the services of a well known company where the keys did not do their job. Nigel was able to quickly cut me 3 new keys, which all work perfectly! Thoroughly recommend and will be returning for any further business required!
