Contacted Fellows on 9th June via email with details of an Omega watch that I'd like to sell. Heard nothing. Rang on 29th June and spoke to a lady who apologised, said she'd contact the appropriate team and they'd get back to me. 13th of August now, still waiting. Appalling service wouldn't bother with them again.

This is my first time bidding online with Fellows Auctioneers although I do know them as I worked for several years as a pawnbroker in the jewellery quarter in Birmingham. I bid on and won a beautiful little Oris watch on Monday morning. It arrived this morning extremely well packaged and with a surprise gift of Fellows Watch Top Trumps! Being a regular customer and always paying for my items in a timely manner recently there was a little doubt about an item after purchase if it was meant to have full Hallmarks or not after what one manager stated. I requested if it could be cancelled I then received an email the same day from the Director Steve staying he was blocking my account for none payment.When I went back and stated my request was for approval only and no where in the email did I say I will not pay. I also mentioned on at least two occasions Fellows items were not as described one item was very under weight and another described as platinum was marked 9ct and only wanted them to be sure. However I even sent another follow up message asking if I could pay which was ignored.Today I looked at my account few days later and it has been blocked. In my experience this company has no morals it will block you for nothing very unprofessional. Some of the staff are also rude and unprofessional in the past. It's only when you deal with a company a bit more regular you are able to see how good/ bad it can treat customers. In my experience very bad it's like they were trying to hide something.

This is the first time I've bid on an online auction I was a little apprehensive but excited to know that I won the watch I bid on. I have to say the service of Fellows is amazing as soon as I paid the next day it was sent and I got today. the watch is beautiful and exactly as stated on the site. Honestly give it a go and don't be worried very impressed. Thank you. I will for sure be using again.

As I am a repeat offender on your reviews , your free package service is brilliant, I travelled over 300 mls last week for 10 itemsAs a auction houses charges were as much as the £100s I spent . Thats reversible diamond saphire ring last week off you was valuable 8x more then I paid.

Could those excellent 5 star reviews I read be right?Yes they could!! I felt it was an excellent personal service.A real confidence booster for a first time seller.From my first phone call, through to visits, emails and finally selling, everything went smoothly. Nothing seemed too much trouble and I felt a valued customer.

We visited Fellows and had some jewellery which we were going to possibly auction. Jennifer Darcy advised that financially we would be better off scrapping the gold which is ultimately what we did. The professionalism and integrity shown by Jennifer was outstanding and I wouldn't hesitate to go to 'Fellows' again. Hopefully I will have something worth auctioning in the future.
