Ann Bonner Coaching

Coaching with Ann has had such a longterm impact for me. At the heart of what I brought to our sessions was a really intractable situation which had legislative influences outside of my control. Ann empowered me to see what I could make progress on for myself in the meantime, ready for the future, and to slowly chip away on a few actions I could contribute to break down the bigger barrier. This enabled me to at least feel more positive about the things I had no sole influence over. As time has passed ways forward have finally opened up. The memory of our conversations, the clarity I gained, the resources I prepared - all have made me ready to grab new opportunities as I now see them arise.
