We are a professional property company with our own lettings division.We recently took on a large 23 bed HMO that had been very poorly managed for 10 years plus.I can only liken it to Dodge City when we took it over, tenants had not been provided with legal documentation and the place was in a mess.This was beyond the remit of our own lettings team , but luckily for us, in Tracy we found our very own Wyatt Earp!Professional, knowledgeable, industrious and organised are all words applicable to this lady, who really is a one person power team!The property has gone from 50% to 80% full in no time and all existing tenants have cleared or nearly cleared rent arrears and all up to date with deregulation act paperwork and the place is now coming together very well.If your looking for a troubleshooter or just a very nice , organised person to work with , then I would wholeheartedly recommend Tracy.The Sheriff is in town !

I am an accidental landlord, a bit of a control freak and don't like paying fees unnecessarily. I have always managed my small portfolio myself. What a mistake!!! Tracy has not only saved me potentially thousands in fines for not being compliant with the little details she has just taken away a huge amount of stress with a new tenant getting them checked properly but also making sure from the off everything is in line. I've given her all my property related stuff to deal with from here in, safe in the knowledge she is worth her weight in gold! She has everything in her calendar, all the details of my suppliers down here in Essex and I have peace of mind. Couldn't be without her now I've found her!
