Orba Yoga Retreat & Health Spa

Orba is the most grounding, peaceful space, nestled in rural Tyrone. Orba is a fabulous place I have really enjoyed going to for some time now. Caroline and Bridin always offer a warm welcome. The yoga classes are fantastic and I find them both relaxing and challenging. The massage is second to none. The setting is also very relaxing especially when viewed from the hot tub! There are a range of workshops and events offered through the year so lots of choice and all geared up towards improving overall well-being.

We had a wonderful morning at Orba. We were well looked after with a warm welcome. We were shown around and explained how our spa experience would play out. We were able to change in the relaxing changing room. There was a shower, toilets and a hairdryer and other items available encase you forgot yours. We were supplied with a robe and slippers and once we were changed we moved to the next room which was just across the path. It was a long room with the treatment rooms at one end and a sauna, shower and seated area. We were taken for our treatment together and the girls were lovely. The whole experience was divine and very relaxing. When that was over we were shown to the seated area and their was refreshments laid out. Lovely drinks and healthy snacks which we really enjoyed. However we did spend some time in the sauna. That was warm but again very relaxing. Then we went out to the hot tub and enjoyed the lovely warm bubbles. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it. The surroundings are ideal for a relaxing spa break and so are the staff.

I highly recommend this Yoga Retreat and Health Spa. Bridin has made me feel so welcome and comfortable by providing a friendly, relaxing and clean environment. Every class or retreat I've attended has had me feeling like a completely new woman!

From the second I walked through the door I was very warmly welcomed by the host Bridin. She is a truly warm, friendly and lovely person and makes you feel relaxed even before you have any treatments. Orba is a wonderful relaxing place in itself and the treatment I received was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone. Please give it a try.

This is the second amazing business retreat Learning Space have had at Orba. The facilities are fantastic, with flexible meeting room/ yoga room, lounge area, kitchen etc. Catering was provided and the vegan food honestly was unbelievably and the full team loved it. We had teas and coffees throughout the day and were looked after so well.. Beautiful decor and there is even massage rooms and hot tub spa facilities. Set in the country side with a lovely walk on the grounds. We started our day with a meditation/ yoga session suited to our team. Bridin was fantastic and the team thoroughly enjoyed this, setting us up for the day. The whole day was tranquil and it is the best space allowing us to have head space which inspires thinking and ideas. We were looked after so well from the moment we arrived and treated with such care. Bridin and her team are fantastic and so accommodating to ensure we get the most out of our experience tailored to use. We will definitely be back and highly recommend. We stayed in Arvalee Retreat 3 minutes walk away that can accommodate around 14 people. The facilities here are top class with beautiful rooms and bbq area. Highly recommend this whole experience for your team.
