Had a great experience selling my caravan to Camper Buyer; they offered the best price and the service was fast and efficient, the caravan was collected and the cash in my account within 24 hours of making agreement. The van was inspected by Dan who done a thorough inspection and fully explained the process on arrival, there were no attempts to reduce the agreed price and I was really happy with my dealings with everyone at Caravan Buyer; I would highly recommend them.

Have just completed the sale of our motorhome to Camper Buyer. I can absolutely recommend Aaron and Camper Buyer. Professional attitude. Professional service. It's understandable that we sometimes have unrealistic expectations of the value of our beloved motorhomes. We could all go through the drama of private selling to achieve a higher return (and in todays world, it IS drama - timewasters, scammers, dodgy dealers, etc all tracking to your front door). I did my homework / research. I weighed all the options, and decided Camper Buyer were the way forward, and accepted Aaron's valuation. Within 2 days, Adam (the assessor / driver) was carrying out a significant assessment of our motorhome on our own drive, arriving at exactly the time he was supposed to be here. He was also exceptionally professional, and completely understanding of the personal attachment some of us for our motorhomes. He openly reported his findings to me - verbally and in picture form - before calling Aaron. I found his review was completely fair and honest. He spoke to Aaron, told me the outcome, and I agreed to Aaron's revised, but fair and surprisingly generous offer. The funds were in my account within minutes, and in case you're wondering, they were cleared funds that we immediately transferred - so no dodgy business there either. The vehicle was recorded as bought by a dealer with DVLA before Adam left. If some of the others were to take a HUGE page out of Aaron, Adam and Camper Buyer's operating style, the selling of motorhomes would be a significantly reduced stressful exercise. For me, these guys ARE the industry professionals, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

From the moment we contacted them, they were nothing but professional and informative. If you are worried at all about their honesty and reputation, don't be! They offered a very fair price for our 2007 Fiat Mooveo 4 berth motorhome which we accepted. They gave us a collection date and time, turned up as expected and Janine was very pleasant and the transaction went very smoothly. There was a very small price change, which we understood and were happy to go with due to damp which we did not know we had but once noted, was obvious. Janine suggested in future we have an annual habitat check to detect anything like dampness so that it can be addressed early (ours was later stages). So it came with good advice as well. They certainly know what they are doing. They are very Customer friendly and honest. Money was in our account instantly. Highly recommend.

A very efficient company, from first enquiry to funds paid was less than 48 hours. Dan, who checked and collected our van was very polite, professional and knowledgeable, a real asset to the company. Would definitely recommend them.

The whole experience went well. I was a little worried, as there are so many scams about, and dodgey people, but these people are honest and say it as it is. They explain everything well over the phone and through email. I had no lies and no pressure, also no sweet-talking man, as I did in another buyer. I knew my campervan needed a good clean, and that bits were worn and tatty. There was also damp on the floor, due to Swift's bad build, with a pipe too short under the sink, causing water to pour out. Even after their repair, it happened again. Due to my worsening arthritis, I could not clean it properly, or fix bits, so I left it as it was, knowing that I'd get a lower price. I have had it since new, nearly 79,000 miles, trips to Poland and Ireland. Only me as a driver. Sean came on time, inspected thoroughly, was very polite and thoughtful. He let me have time to think. Bank transfer was quick, safe and honest. I had some tears as he drove off in my well loved and lived in campervan. Thank you Sean for making my sad day happier with your kind personality.
