I have been with Complete Residential Lettings for last 1 and half year in Coventry. We had happy living in rental house of their property in Cheylesmore area in Coventry. The property was clean and neat in prime location. Mark and his team were very professional and they resolve any issue reported quickly.Thank you Mark.

I don't know of any agency that doesn't keep in touch with the clients just as they are, I've been asking them for the key that accesses the back gate for more than 1 year and I still don't have it, and now Friday (16/12/2022) at 3:00 p.m. realized that the boiler is no longer working and I no longer have heat and hot water and they do not answer even though they are open until 17:00, they do not have an emergency number where I can contact them.I am extremely disappointed!!!

Several issues were reported during my tenancy, none of which were attended to. One issue included the malfunction of extractor fans in both bathrooms and the kitchen. The fact that these were not replaced/repaired illustrates how little the owners cared about the property.We took the property because, although it was far from pristine, it was fully furnished and allowed pets. with On leaving, the agents reported a litany of problems and in an attempt to avoid repaying our deposit ascribed them all to our pets rather than to normal wear and tear. We are still in dispute and may have to take the matter to the deposit protection scheme. Watch this space!

Excellent 5 star service from Complete both Mark & Julie are professional, helpful & knowledgeable. I've been a landlord for over twenty-years and have used various rental agencies over that period of time. Complete residential lettings is amongst the best I have used. Mark and his team will go the extra mile for his landlords. The quality of tenants he has provided me with over the years has fit the high standard of accommodation I provide for them. Totally happy with the service Mark and his team provides...you will too. Highly recommended.

I normally don't write reviews, but this agency needs attention.WORST AGENCY I have ever rented property from. They don't care about issues raises with them.You can call them whenever you want and always talk to machine.They don't fix raised problems or they try to make you responsible for it.Very bad experience throughout, please consider twice before choosing them.

As in most walks of life there are good and bad,The Complete Lettings team are certainly better than the good, in this ever more important service sector their service is second to none, honest, fair and reliable.I have used no one else for the last 15 years as a landlord and knew when Complete was Marks venture it was destined to continue in the same vein........’service is paramount’

The agency is very good and they responded to all my issues very quickly. Doesn’t seem to have a lot of property with them when I approached. But definitely the service is good. Particularly Maxine and Mark, responded to all our requirements well and responded immediately.

Depends on your experience. We rented a horrible home but solely for the purpose of being able to save money as it was the cheapest. It did the job but I'm glad to be gone. That said, complete lettings were reasonable. The landlord didn't get much of his house fixed but the agents did put the questions through so they did their part

I have just moved out of their managed property at Coventry. It was nice clean apartment in a really convenient location. Through the year Mark and his team were responsive to necessary queries and helped sort out stuff beyond their control as well with regards to behaviour of neighbours. The online property repair portal is user friendly and a key part of their service. I would recommend this agency to any prospective tenants in Coventry
