Worst experience ever .I have called customer service Nora and zan both were very professional and kind and they tried to solve the problem then transfer me to IT person called Toson was very rude same like the representative in the shop was also very rude .Eventually no response, no solution, no fix to the problem. I never recommend to any one

Really nice 10/10 . I've signed a contract 2 months ago for internet and landline at a very good price. The internet has 300mbs on contract, but I download with about 350mbs at times and never under 300mbs. The employee at Virgin that helped me decide , was very helpful, sociable and had a very good sense of humour. I do recommend it to everyone ( even to my enemies lol ) it's a very good internet provider and it will be a shame for me not to promote them in such a positive and excessive way , considering how good my experience is with them. Thank you Virgin Media.

For the several years I've been with VIrgin Media I constantly have to go through the charade of signing up for a contract at a set fee for 12 months, then 4 months or so into the contract there is always a price increase, whereby I have to call and cancel my contract to get the bills reduced back to the agreed upon amount. Not worth the hassle anymore :-(

Triad many times to spoke with someone about my issues with VirginNOBODY ANSWER AT THE PHONE, ALSO THE ADDRESS IN PLYMOUTH IS FAKE THERE IS ANOTHER STORY , NOT HAPPY AT ALL WALL WITH VIRGIN COMMUNICATION

Absolute rubbish. Threatened by staff because you want to cancel a contract that hasn't been fulfilled. Despite not keeping their end of an agreement, you've had your fourteen days, so tough!!Cancel and we will sting you, put up and shut up.Terrible customer service. Do not use.

This company is a con..they take are money and then restricted are services. Everytime!! ofcom needs to be noticed about Virgin and how they treat there customers is wrong.then give you all the talk ..and then they just rip you off and take your money.. since we have had this Virgin box and broadband we had nothing but hassle super fast broadband my ass!!! Super slow more like.. ( STAY CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY)

DO NOT USE!!! Appalling service, lied to by our local representative just so he could get a sale. We were told (and I have in writing from the rep Dave Windale) that our first payment would go out a month after installation & a £9.99 installation fee. Little did we know that actually your first month is a double bill & a £40 instalation fee! Absolutely disgusted with the service I would not reccomend to anyone!
