At the beginning the price was a bargain however the total cost to pay for another company to repair the damage caused set me back.When my phone was first repaired they try to give it back to me in a worsted state so came back two days later to repair the damage. Over a period of time the same problem occurred again caused by the repair, so I contacted them and they refused to give me money back and inconvenience have stop that type of repair. So after a time of back and forth after several months of been ignored over email, they agreed to give me less than half of the money I paid, back however this refund was only to be given to me when it was a convent time for them, however this date we arranged because the lack of finances, was not met and 3 months later no refund and more ignored emails.I personally feel like they took advantage of me because of my young age, and think this company's way of ignoring customers and refusing to admit their fault is disgraceful.
