I can highly recommend Simply Bathrooms who helped us to totally transform our 2 en-suites, 2 bathrooms & 1 WC.The quality of customer service was exceptional starting with Dave in the showroom, to owners Ian and Andrea to the outstanding workmanship of Tom, Mike, Dwayne, Brad and tiler Ian and his apprentice Daniel.We were completely engaged in the process, received helpful advice throughout and were shown and consulted on positioning of products and pipes in each room and walls during installation.The payment terms were staged too with the final payment only made when the works were complete to our satisfaction.We would definitely welcome the team back anytime!Thank you!

Nice welcome from the owners who are a cheerful and pleasant couple. Got the information I wanted. Item ordered. No problem. I have been looking at other places and this seems to be the best. There is a really good display of bathrooms and showers in store. I would highly recommend a visit if you require anything to do with bathrooms/showers.

We used Simply Bathrooms approx 15 years ago and they did a lovely job ,so it was obvious we.d return for a walk in shower to be installed recently. The advice given by Ian and Dave ,along with the installation by Duane and Mike was perfect.Even a couple of changes to our original ideas were no problem.This company is one of very few that give true customer service and we.d recommend 100%. .Thank you all.

Well presented, friendly staff

They provided an excellent service in the tiling and installation of the shower unit in my bathroom.They were courteous and informative when I first approached them in the choice of showers, and when a date was fixed for installation, the whole job was completed in a few days thanks to the first class workmanship and dedication.I would recommend this company to anybody!

Top quality bathroom and the customer service was second to non. From Dave and Ian in the shop helping us find the right products to Mike and Brad fitting them and keeping us informed if any little problem occurredI would highly recommend them to any one who wants a new bathroom!
