Called them about 07:30 after calls to other auto locksmiths that claimed were open but had no response. Should called these guys first. Quick response and got straight on with the job. Was not quick at getting the lock done but that was more due to the car security then the skill of the technician. Found the keys to the car with my 1 year old great nephew just as he was going to unlock it. Very professional all the way through, no damage to the vehicle during this process, highly recommend.

Fantastic he got us back into our house in five seconds flat after spending a hour or so trying to find a locksmith to come out on new years eve and having two of our pets locked in and not knowing how we would get back in.... This is a rather late review. We went camping in the Forest of Dean in mid July and had some trouble with our car key. After finding out that our breakdown cover did not cover broken keys and them wanting to charge us £350 for someone to come out and cut us a new key we decided to go with Ross-Dean Locksmith. He was able to come out within 30-40 minutes of our call and had a new key cut quickly for a tiny fraction of the price we were quoted before. He even took a look at our gas tank lock, which was the cause of the key breaking. He was so friendly, professional and helpful. We couldn't have asked for better service. I would 100% recommend. Fantastic experience, I would 100% recommend. I had managed to lock my key and fob in the boot of my car and didn't have a spare. I called Ross-Dean and they were here within 30 mins of the call and got to work straight away. Contacted Simon 1700 at our place 1900. Conservatory door repaired ( it had dropped) then I mentioned problems with two other doors and he immediately offered to correct these two also.All three now open/close perfectly.Excellent super service.Thank You Simon.
