I have recently moved into a brand new Francis Jackson home and I love it. The house is finished to a high standard with quality fittings. The site manager and his crew are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble.Sally in the sales office was wonderful, supportive and kept up regular and informative communication.Thank you all, I have nothing but praise for you and would highly recommend your homes to anyone looking for a quality build new home.

We bought a beautiful Francis Jackson home on park view Weldon, on reserving the house the garage was broke, garage was still broke five months later, on moving in we had over 60/70 items, not small items, bath was damaged needed replacing, on replacing bath no carpenter/handy man was lined up we had to wait another ten days for the mastic bath panel and shower screen to go on, not to mention the bath was replaced four weeks after reporting it, the main window in the master bedroom was severely scratched also 5 weeks after moving in we had to wait 7 weeks for replacement, on moving in also not only a high number of snags the sparkle clean had not been completed which the site manager arranged two weeks after moving in, our carpets windows doors externally were filthy. Five weeks after moving in the director is saying he won’t change our induction hob which is covered in scratches even though the site manager on the seven day visit took photo evidence and agreed, they build a great looking house but they lack customer care and support, you wouldn’t get this with a plc builder as they would fully inspect the plot prior to handover, as stated above our garage didn’t even close, was open from April when we reserved and was still open when we moved in in July, garage was finally fixed in august, our experience has not been good at all and we are still awaiting all our snags to be complete, director stated in his email that he is happy only a few (30) items remain, Francis Jackson have had our key now for five weeks and we still have 30 items left, we’ve had so many visits which again you wouldn’t get from a plc builder, it would be programmed in and arranged accordingly to assist the customer needs.
