National Tyres and Autocare - a Halfords company

As usual I bought my tyres online with Tyreshopper" and selected to have them fitted here.I arrived at the arranged time

0 stars no customer service what so ever go there if you want to be ignored no one wants to work on a Sunday 23/4two chatting behind a desk totally ignorant and rude , just wanted to see if they could sort my flat tyre out not the first time this has happened to me in the same place, went to llandudno kwikfit what a massive difference done and dusted in 2 hrs and really nice people it pays nothing to be attentive

I booked an appointment online for a 4 wheel alignment. When I turned up the guy working essentially thought it was my problem that they had a car stuck on the only ramp they had available. He booked me in for the next day. I turned up first thing the next day and the car was still on the ramp and they said they don't know how long it'll be until it's moved, as it had a blown out turbo.I wasted two journeys and opted for a refund. The guy working also mentioned that when booking online for an appointment, the online system doesn't know if the ramp is actually available!Very disappointing!

Don't bother waste of time now its Halfords. I asked for a price on 185/14c for my campervan and was told they don't have that size and they are very hard to get hold of. Andy tyres down the road had them in stock at great price much better.

I visited today and the service I received was second to none. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable I would highly recommend.

Had an engine management light appeared,popped in, more in Hope than anything else.Ran a diagnostic and cleared tge problem.Good, honest garage

Booked online for a new tyre as mine had a puncture. I had already removed the wheel and had the space saver tyre on my car. They changed the tyre on the wheel quickly and on time. However when I asked if they could put the wheel on my car the guy said I'm sorry we're too busy

I called here a month or so ago, to have a NEW front nearside tyre fitted, and also the tracking done. Both of which I was very happy with. Sadly though I was a little taken aback-(to say the least) to discover that the front tyres for my car had gone up from £85 to £120 in the space of 6-12 months..:(( Also the staff seem to be under an 'much stricter eye' than before, one of the staff members filling in a form on his tablet as I waited to talk to him, much to his dissatisfaction. My girlfriend has also had this 'big brother is watching you' drastic increase in paperwork & accountability within the last 6-12 months as well. Having to now somehow note every minute that she is working. This is a 'very unhealthy' way too treat staff, whom I am sure were initially employed on a 'trust'-(remember that!!) basis. Why we need to drop to these levels of scrutiny is beyond any reasonable sense, and almost sounds more of a 'cost cutting' measure than anything to do with customer service or quality for example. The lads here are lovely & offer a very professional service, therefore why is there any need for such levels of scrutiny. Please go back to your more competitive prices, and give your staff the credit they deserve, rather than making them feel like they are 'never doing enough'. END.
