We've had really good experiences with this shoe repair shop. We had a tricky problem with a hook on some boots and they lady ordered in the part from China and fixed it all for £3! Great value, great service and a great local business to support.

Took 3 pairs of shoes (2 pairs over 20 years old) to be fixed up and they have come back looking like new! Not only that but the guy is lovely, good old fashioned customer service at a very reasonable price. So nice not to have to chuck out and buy new. Thankyou!

Iam very pleased, I was recommended this business (when lived in thorpe st andrew) very good helpful, with heels both my shoes,also a built up. Also very flexible, in that I can pick up my shoe whilst next in the area (ie a fortnight later). Even shoe polished. I recormend this business - much better than norwich market. I took my slip-on sandals here to have an adjustable back strap added. Got them back a few days later, and they're great! The new straps make the sandals fit much more securely. Prices are reasonable. I definitely recommend this place!

Visited store today to collect my boots - a much loved pair that I thought I'd have to throw in the bin due to the zip being broken. A great job done at a very good price. Do go and see this lady. She will give you an honest opinion on whether the work can be done and will complete work of a high standard. I will be using this service again for all my shoe repairs. (So glad to have my boots back on)
