This review is about Getponyd who is located in HairbyAnaiss salon.Firstly, The hair stylist (Getponyd) 'Kandy' or davina (what ever her name is) was over 15 minutes late, had an attitude and was just extreamly unfriendly and rude for no reason. She didn't apologise for being late nor did she greet me upon arrival.The service is not even worth £10 let alone £50+. There are way more talented, professional and friendly black hairstylist in london.My pony was not completed due to Kandy's incompetence and lack of customer service. There was more that happened, but it's long to go init to.Also upon booking you are asked for your Instagram, why does that matter? I knew that was a red flags.'Kandy' is extremely rude? miserable, VERY hostile and unprofessional.I will NEVER patronize Getponeyed again.I'm still very upset by the whole experience.

Anais is a blessing for all women who want to feel beautiful and look goodShe is just talented and it's a blessing to have her as a hairdresser.I just came from Switzerland to there and it took me a long time to find a good hairdresser in London and when I found her I prayed to God and thanked God that I met her because she doesn't just do your hair well, she listens to you and advises you and motivates you if you needs.I recommend her to you 1000%.Thank you for you talent and you’re humility

Anais is a great hairdresser and has such a lovely energy about her! I’ve never had any complaints about the end product (sew-ins or the occasional ponytail).I will say, however, that if you work a 9-5 it's advisable to book during a longer holiday to avoid disappointment if the salon schedule changes last minute and your appointment has to be rescheduled or cancelled.Anais does, however, do her best to mitigate when necessary and help find a solution that works with her clients. I hope to see her business flourish and perhaps in the future, with more staff, the above would cease to be an issue.

Extremely bad customer service. Anais makes you feel like she’s doing you a favour by doing your hair. If you have strict policies, why not just turn people away at the door rather than having an attitude the whole time during the service. If you’ve decided to do someone’s hair, don’t make them feel bad for something they don’t have control over( not following T&C). Improve your customer service and attitude.

It was my first time appointment yesterday, the service was very warm, friendly & professional. My desired style was accomplished by very skilled Anais. I look forward to my next appointment!Michelle

Truly the worst experience ever if I could give minus stars I would. Can't begin to say how absolutely fuming I've been that I couldn't even wait past a day to post this review.So I booked an appointment for today (Tuesday 22nd, 10am). Her website CLEARLY states to drop my lace closure 3 days before my appointment in which I took it upon myself to drop it off to her salon in Forest Gate. The location takes me forever to get to and the shop ended up being closed so I messaged her to let her know I put it through the letter box. She acknowledges this so so far so good.Anais requires you to confirm the appointment the day before and she stipulates to confirm this via the mobile phone number or email provided in the booking information. So around 1pm the day before my appointment, I send a message to the number to confirm this.The day of my appointment I make the long journey to Forest Gate to be greeted once again by a closed shop. Shutters down, nobody in sight. I message the number that was in the booking information, no answer. So I go to my secondary instagram (not my personal) and send Anais a message to let her know I was outside. She says that she messaged me last night on instagram but I didn't reply so she assumed I would be a no show. So right now I am absolutely fuming. Are you fricking kidding me?I never log into my personal instagram and my notifications there are always turned off. Not only that but why are you sending me a DM on instagram, did I book you through there? Clearly the message was not even seen so how can you wake up in the morning and just ASSUME i would be a no show? Your website does not indicate to confirm via instagram it indicates to confirm via TEXT or EMAIL.So sick of these IG hairstylists with no customer service, absolutely diabolical treatment. Made me waste 2 days of my precious time. I had to sit around waiting at Forest Gate for 3 hours for her colleague to show up so I can get my lace closure back. And guess what, she hadn't even customised it. All that we need the lace closure 3 days before your appointment as we don't customise on the day" was clearly lies.I followed the guidelines listed on her website to the T and still got stung. Clearly she couldn't be bothered to make the appointment and used her not receiving a reply from me on IG as an excuse. Who DMs a customer on IG at 11PM the evening before an appointment when my phone number is available? I could understand IG being the last resort but you didn't even bother to try my phone number or to even email me. I literally sent a confirmation the day before at 1pm the message was delivered and nobody replied. You want to give me the excuse that "you don't work on Mondays so your business line was off".What a disgrace. You're a disgrace

I consistently have outstanding experiences at Anais's salon. She's professional, provides hair care guidance, and styles hair beautifully.She is exceptional at her craft!
