Best reptile shop I've ever shopped at. Gary knows his stuff and will keep you right. All their reptiles are well looked after and in great shape.

Can't speak highly enough of this place. I went in to chat about getting a pet corn snake and the man was very helpful and showed me all the ones he had. I picked a wee guy out and said I would be back in a week to collect everything. He said he would have everything ready for me.I went in last Friday and sure enough, there was everything sitting out...vivarium, substrate, wee logs, leaves, lamp already in the cage and water bowl.He wanted me to feed my wee fella before I left so he could see if I knew what I was doing. Then he and another guy carried everything out to my car for me. He was so informative and said if I had any questions at all to get in touch. I will defo be a regular customer of this place.The only thing is, they don't take card, but there is a centra only up the road with a cash machine outside if you get stuck

Bought a tarantula from Gary, not long ago. He has an incredible knowledge about all of the animals they sell. Really helpful, and great answering my kids questions. Do not go anywhere else. After sales service is amazing. Thanks Gary.

Went there following friends advice. Had a really bad customer experience (twice). I was ready to become a loyal customer but instead, I will probably never set foot in this shop. I am reading other people's reviews and that's totally not in synch with my experience...

Friendly staff, gave advice over phone day before we went to shop re, equipment food etc. Able to buy geko and complete set up in one place, staff took time to go over our new pets care needs. Very happy.

Had a great experience with Gregg, talked me out of looking for an iguana and into a blue tounge skink, now 'Yoda' home safe in brand new full set up, cant recommend this shop any higher, great staff and pleasure to deal with.

Called in here today and had a terrible experience. My wife and I went in to purchase a bearded dragon and set up plus some food for our jumping spider. It's our local reptile shop so we would be very regular customers. We went upstairs and there was a small gate which I thought was to stop small children running in without parental supervision. There was one sign up that said closed on Thursdays and one saying cctv in operation. We went in to wait for someone to come and help us. A few minutes later an old man came up the stairs, didn't say hello or anything just said who let you in, shook his head at us and walked off. There was no sign to say people shouldn't go in and we didn't touch anything, my daughter had my hand the entire time. We left straight away and will not be using this shop again. Really bad customer experience. We were advised to go to this store by the belfast branch and my wife called the belfast store to report this person. I can see a few people have had a similar experience, I definitely won't be stepping foot in that store again.
