a massive thank you to Kacy Cole, she is the best solicitor in the world. she has made the process of selling my property so easy. we have had a few issues with outside sauces (ews1 and the likes) but she has sorted them out quickly and professionally, keeping me updated through the it all. once again a massive thank you.

We were recommended CTW for the sale and purchase of our properties by our estate agent and they were excellent throughout. We were lucky to have Maxine as our solicitor who was professional in all interactions and keen to help in any way she could. When delays occurred due to the complete incompetence of our buyers’ solicitor she was reassuring and persistent to get things moving. Really pleased with the service and reasonably priced. Will be using the team at the Bromley branch for our wills. Thank you Maxine!!

Just completed my sale and purchase with Cook Taylor Woodhouse. We were suggested them through our estate agent - having bought and sold houses in the past I have had some varying experiences with solicitors. Peter Lowe was our solicitor and along with his paralegal Dominic they have been superb! We were buying a new build so the pressure was on to complete in a certain time frame - they acknowledged this and worked so hard to ensure we achieved our purchase. We have been kept up to date and never been made to feel like they are too busy to deal with us. The only negative I would say is going through the main switch board is a nightmare, this could be improved to make the company outstanding, but once you a client and assigned a solicitor you do get a direct contact number and email so not really that much of an issue all in all.

I was recommended Cook Taylor and Woodhouse by my Estate Agent. Charlie Sullivan was very good in keeping me updated and therefore everything run smoothly. She communicated very well and gave a very good professional service.

If you can avoid at all costs. Poor communication, never picked up the phone always straight to voice mail, even the main line.Right at the end, ended up doing the work myself, I know buying a house is stressful but these guys made it 100% more harder than it needed to be.Wish I had read the reviews before hand because I would have saved myself a-lot of stress and tears.I was very close to pulling out because of my solicitor alone.Avoid if possible.

Pleased with the service I received from Charlie Sullivan who handled my purchase and sale recently. She was super responsive and I could just call her over the phone to discuss anything and everything anytime, which is normally a luxury when it comes to solicitors. She was very clear in her communication what needs to happen and when. Highly recommend. Four stars not five cos I had to move my file to Charlie from another solicitor at CTW and that was a bit messy.

After dealing with Peter, awful from the start. Would never answer phone calls / emails, always get automated response. Changed to Dominic who was efficient. Heard from the house builder that we were moving, had to tell the solicitors ourselves that we were moving! (Baring in mind this was Monday and our move was Friday) - no apology as first time home buyers I feel like they just tried to pull the wool over our eyes and not act professionally. Quick enough to chase for money but very ignorant for everything else. Would not use again or recommend to others.

Avoid like the plague, you wont hear from the solicitor ever and the solicitor in charge of your account will dodge your calls which I'm sure they screen (caller ID) so they know not to answer.The paralegal who will actually be handling your case won't update you unless you chase and I mean really chase. Multiple emails, phone calls that go to voicemail and calling the main switchboard to get told they are busy. Then to get the paralegal blaming everything on other people rather than giving a straight answer. If they go on holiday no one takes on your case in the mean time so everything stops.The app is awful and is usually forgotten about in its entirety not being updated, no communication and an app that's not worth the electricity needed to download it.I was highly recommended Cook Taylor Woodhouse by a family member and was told they're really good but the Maidstone branch should be dissolved. I think the most disappointing part is I'm sure the partners of this firm would be disgusted by how they treat their clients.

Poor service. Whenever we called or emailed it was as if we were inconveniencing our conveyancer Maxine, who was blunt and rude. Even after realising we'd stopped receiving emails, she still got our email address wrong causing weeks of delays, with no apology. We had to send the same paperwork three times over which seemingly had become lost, again no apology. If it wasn't for our amazing estate agents chasing her we'd have still been in our sale. Avoid!

I highly recommend Lavinia Thompson at CTW Maidstone, who was excellent throughout what was a sensitive and complex conveyancing case. Lavinia kept us regularly updated, and was extremely tenacious when it came to chasing other parties in the process, ensuring the process moved as quickly as possible. I cannot thank Lavinia enough for her tenacity and the swiftness with which she responded and dealt with things - she really took the stress out of the process for us and we had complete trust in her. I would not hesitate to recommend Lavinia to friends and family, and we will definitely ask her to represent us again in any future house moves. Lavinia, thank you so much for everything!
