Aleur Associates is top-notch!! Their level of customer service and professionalism is beyond exceptional. When it comes to anything related to a property purchase, you always pause in fear of being over-charged and not treated with the level of care you hope. That isn't the case with this firm. They truly provide you with a sense of their honesty and professionalism off the bat, and it makes working with them a true pleasure. They provided a structural report that was incredibly thorough and were beyond kind and patient with the (many) questions I had with regard to the property they surveyed for me. I highly, highly recommend them!!!

We needed a structural report to support an application to our freeholder to remove a wall between our kitchen and dining room. Aleur was really responsive to my enquiries, he arrived when he said he would and carried out his review efficiently. The letter he provided confirming the non-structural status of the wall was accepted by the freeholder without any follow up queries so we’re completely satisfied with the service we received.

I highly recommend aleur associates. I needed structural drawings and calculations for an outbuilding project. Aleur was very responsive and professional. He came to the site to inspect and assess the feasibility of the project. The structural drawings and calculations he provided were thorough and easy for my contractor to understand and use. The project went smoothly thanks to his expertise. I appreciate that he took the time to make sure the project was structurally sound. I would not hesitate to use Aleur again for any future projects.

Excellent team, really responsive and great service. I could not recommend Aleur more. From initial questions around getting a quote and scoping the actual work itself they have been extremely responsive and flexible. We are about to start the physical building work and I am confident that they will be supportive throughout the process if and when we need. Would definitely recommend to a friend and use again.

Aleur provided great overall service. I needed calculations for load bearing wall removal and he delivered calculations package in time as promised. He also made a site visit, made some changes after on my request ,answered all my questions and I had a lot of them. Very professional, capable, reliable and fast.
