Had an incredibly challenge experience with a vehicle purchased from Parkway that was professionally and efficiently resolved by Christian, Dan and team. Sometimes scenarios arise that cannot be predicted and are the fault of nobody. It's how the situation is dealt with that matters. The Parkway commercial sales team put me, the customer, first and resolved the issue with a first class outcome. Thanks folks.

VW Parkway Commercial van centre - wasted my time. Took my van in for a minor repair (switch failure) under warranty in December. Waited 3 hours to be told that the fault I had reported was correct, and then informed I would be contacted in a day or two to arrange fitting of the part. I never got a call back. Called on 3 occasions to chase up and have still never received a call back from (Tyler)? Eventually used another garage for the minor repair. Never received such awful service from a dealership or garage in over 30 years of driving. And no, I won't be contacting you to chase up this complaint when you respond to this feedback - you've earned it!

Visited to view/test drive and ultimately purchased a T-roc Cabriolet Style 1.5.Service from Daniel and other staff was great, friendly and helpful. Car was at a reasonable price and we bought it.Can't fault Parkway so far.

Would give it a 0 star if I could.We booked a van with them in July, they gave us an appointment for August end nearly 6 weeks later. We thought fine, at least the issue will be resolved.No. We are sitting 3 months down the line at the end of November, and all I have heard from them is that it took them 2 months to diagnose the issue and its been a month they have been waiting on parts.If a VW dealer cannot fix a VW vehicle in 3 MONTHS AND COUNTING! Then there is no point of buying that vehicle.No courtesy provided.No communication.No service.It is absolutely appalling for a main dealer of VW. Seems like amateurs.

Shocking place, avoid until until they sort themselves out. Had a crank seal replaced, next service they picked up the DMF failing and the crank seal leaking again, so they were going to do the crank seal whilst in for the clutch, next service, they said the crank seal was leaking, they had forgotten to do it when in for the clutch, so booked in again a month later due to no appointments available, said that they would have the parts in, day 1 phone call to say they hadn't got the van in yet and they would phone, 2 days later no call back, so I phoned, the van still not started, I insisted it was done by Friday lunch time, collected the van, got home to find they had forgotten to fit the undertray. Male service advisor on the desk said it's only a 10 minute job, pop back in Monday, I said no, I want done today, 30 minute drive back to the dealer, 20 minute wait and a 30 minute drive home, Saturday morning the auxiliary belt was screaming, maybe a coincidence (doubtful). Went to different dealer. Problems happen, don't try cover them up, apologies, treat the customer with politely, not with attitude, fix things properly and you won't have to do them again. Put zero invoices on the system. I think your trying to cover your mistakes from the owner!! call me, apologies and compensate me for my vehicle not be used for nearly 3 weeks over the last 6 months. Avoid this place until they sort themselves out

Update about Van Purchase Experience at Parkway LeicesterDate of Purchase: 28/08/23I purchased a VW Crafter van from Parkway Leicester, and the salesperson, Christian from Parkway, showed me several options. I ultimately chose a 72-plate van with approximately 30,000 miles. The dealership promised that the service had been done, with the service history indicating oil and filter changes.However, a few weeks later, I encountered issues with the van. Living in London, I took it to a local dealer only to discover that the problems weren't covered by the warranty, resulting in significant repair costs. It was revealed that the promised oil and filter changes had not been performed, leading me to seek another garage to address these issues, as I no longer trusted main dealers.Upon raising the concerns with Daniel, the manager at Parkway Leicester, he offered to cover some of the costs. Nevertheless, I ended up losing nearly £1000 for service and additional expenses, including charges from a local VW dealer.Lesson learned: In the future, I plan to have a mechanic inspect any vehicle before making a purchase to avoid such unexpected costs and inconveniences.

Would never use this dealership.My daughters vehicle went in for a service and MOT 8 days ago. It is an adapted disabled drivers vehicle that her electric wheelchair fits into. Without her vehicle she is unable to leave the house ! The service this garage has provided or should I say not provided!! Is absolutely disgusting, Charlotte ( service manager )has shown absolutely know interest in resolving any issues, in fact she tried to tell me they’d only had the car for two working days when they’d had it for six !They definitely shouldn’t be an accredited dealer for disability.We will never be returning to this disorganised , uncaring dealership.
