Signed up on day 1 of opening, haven't looked back.Great equipment, staff are always informal and will do anything to make you feel welcome and keep you motivated.Members are very friendly and a diverse crowd, never a dull moment in there.Supplement variety and knowledge from staff is also brilliant, good quality and great prices too10/10

Ive been a regular at Rock fitness for the last five years. The gym is easily located, extremely clean, gym equipment is outstanding. There is no waiting at any times to use equipment. There is also the use of sunbeds too. The price for memberships is really affordable especially with the high standard & volume of equipment available. I would really recommend to anyone thinking of trying a new gym.

Great, Friendly, welcoming Gym.No judgemental people everyone I have met is friendly.Staff are all professional and very supportive of your goal and ability.All equipment is good quality, I am looking forward to the classes.I signed up for PT sessions, I would highly recommend this for a confidence boost and professional health and fitness advice.
