They're getting better although obviously short staffed whilst waiting to be served I was kept informed how long the wait was .And when I was being served I was made to feel the only person that mattered at that timeSo much better than past visits.

Excellent service from Sam when our mobile failed while on holiday. He helped us to get a replacement. He was kind, knowledgeable and considerate. We were so grateful for his help and amazed by his organisational skills to work with so many customers needing mobile and computer assistance. Brilliant service and full marks to Sam an outstanding Curry's employee.

Just popped in for a device that was unavailable (for fairly uninteresting reasons) However the advice from a very well informed and skilful member of staff, Daniel, saved me the need for said device. So a no sale this time Curry's but a huge amount of good will in the bank for the future, worth more than a one off purchase. Writing this on my laptop now, Thanks to Daniel... Thanks Daniel.

Went in to buy a phone for my daughter, waited a good 5 mins for staff to stop having chats, I asked to purchase the phone the man looked at the one working in the phone department and he just looked down his nose and said I'm not doing it, I'm on the phone. When I went to pay I'd topped up a Currys card and the man said, that's Currys the phone is car phone warehouse go on the internet I can't serve you with that

General electronics store. The range could be more. Many TVs, but mostly diagonal from 50 and above. There are no monitors at all. Some equipment is presented in a very limited quantity and range. Many well-known and popular brands are not.

I came in store today to purchase a Motorola G32 phone that the Dorch brand informed me Weymouth had in stock. Everything went so smoothly, I was in and out within 10 minutes. The really friendly assistant, Sam, knew exactly what he was doing and was very accommodating throughout the whole process. Super pleased by the whole process. Would definitely recommend.

A fair sized store with some amazing options no matter how shallow or deep your pockets are. Also I found both members of staff I dealt with,b both knowledgeable and only to happy to help. Also the home delivery guys where amazing.

People in shop are great. However, if something goes wrong, it's a different story. The Repair centre people seem to use the remote of being on the phone as a buffer from actually facilitating a repair call. Our broken washing machine had me calling them, arranging (slowly and painfully!) an engineer 3 days hence; to find 3 days later, them claiming no knowledge of my call! One of the shop staff then battled his way through their obstruction, and got an engineer booked for 4 days later. Engineer showed, found the problem which had done significant damage. We've now had text updates, claiming 'parts out of stock', but for a family of six, no washing machine is no joke. Launderette is £50 and counting... Based on this experience, Currys would definitely NOT be my first choice!

Looked online for specific dishwasher. It was out of stock but I got an email days after saying it was in stock.Visited Poole and ordered the machine which was delivered to our house days later.Good service even telling me it was back in stock.My only complaint if you have a problem with any product you will have to wait ages for repairs etc in their in store counter. This was nothing to do with the dishwasher.The queue can be horrendous!Be prepared for a wait.

Took back a shark vacuum cleaner because a part had broken on it. Spoke to a person called Sam. I have to say he was very knowledgeable and a really nice people person. He really came over as someone who really cares about his customers and his job that he’s there to do. We have had some really unfortunate experiences with sales staff in the past so this was like a breath of fresh air. It was a smooth transaction as we were in the guarantee period so was able to get a new replacement. He also explained what happens about the guarantee which was acceptable to us. Please Curry’s keep this guy. He’s an asset to the company and certainly the customers. Thankyou very much Sam.
