Ordered via Uber Eats and decided to branch away from our usual local pizza place and try somewhere new.Received a voicemail about 10 minutes after our order was due to have been delivered - lots of shouting and swearing at the beginning of the message before they announced who they were and said they needed me to call back urgently. Tone of voicemail wasn’t pleasant.Called the restaurant and a barrel of abuse ensued - challenging us as to why we had not left an address on the delivery (we had) and shouting at us.I don’t think this place has ever heard of some common decency and phone manners, never mind customer service. We advised that on our end, the Uber App was showing our address and it must be a fault with the app on their end. This was repeated several times before the person on the end of the phone accepted this and then hung up.The food arrived about 30 minutes after the phone call. It can only be described as mediocre. Chips were undercooked - The cheesy chips were nicer than the spicy chips, I think the cheese hid the undercooked soggy taste to them better.The pizzas we ordered were okay. A little darker than most other takeaways, plenty of toppings (or maybe fillings is the right word as we ordered Calzones).The food could have been 5* (it wasn’t) and I still wouldn’t order from here ever again. The attitude on the phone was just absolutely disgusting - if I dared speak to anyone like that in my own job I would be fired on the spot!Thankfully, the delivery driver was lovely. We showed him our Uber App and he accepted it was clearly an issue with Uber and was apologetic which is how the initial phone call should’ve gone.

Food has always been good when I've ordered from here can't complain about anything.

Ordered from here tonight I rang to get cheese added my garlic bread for the kids and the customer service was absolutely brilliant the man who I spoke to was absolutely brilliant and they done it free of charge. Absolutely top class

Ordered food from Planet Pizza, they said my order back to me 3 TIMES, to make sure that it was correct. I confirmed that it was right.When my food got here it was the wrong order, that worked out cheaper then what the order would of been, but still charged me the full price of what my order should of been.I rang them up to inform them that it was wrong, and I got no were with them all I kept getting was Yes Yes your order is out for delivery" even though I informed them that I had the order and it was WRONG and COLD.They said that they will send my correct order out. They delivered it but THEY MAKE YOU PAY FOR THEM TO FIX THERE MISTAKE. I told them I didn't want it if I had to pay for something they got wrong.So if you want COLD food and the the WRONG ORDER order here and pray you don't get ill."

I am here to review this gross travesty of a fast food place. I ordered a relatively costly meal, but i could understand why. It was a large meal for me and my freinds, and i was skeptical of the prices due to how low they were. For example, less then 6 quid for a 10 inch pizza. I let that slide, and ordered 2 between us all. (There was 4 of us, we were agreeing on half each.) I decided to get some sides, which was the mozerella sticks, and the garlic bread supreme. Two lots of them, so, so far everything had came to around 24 quid. The final part was the cheesecake, which brought it to 27 quid. The wait for the food was ridiculous. About an hour, although we lived in relative proximity to the restaurant, we did not get our food until atleast an hour later. When it came to the door, to my disbelief i had found only one pizza had came. This was some sort of sick joke as anchocies were all over the pizza, despite us asking for two chicken and mushrooms. I went to the place, and asked for the owner. The worker seemed afraid, which i would soon learn wasn't in bad taste, as the owner had quite a temper as he came out. He began screaming at me, saying i was a filthy b*strd for ordering those 'disgusting toppings' and at one point, began to wave a kebab knife around, in an attempt to scare me. I was ready to call the police, however a worker said the manager had already been in legal trouble before, and did not want to lose his job over a vicous outburst from the manager. A few days later, i had recieved a refund, however i was not looking for a refund, i wanted to get some food on a friday night pub crawl for my freinds before we went out, but that had not happened. Please carefully consider buying from this place, and take caution when dealing with the manager.

I bought 2 pieces there on Saturday night, I was very well attended by a Mr. from Egypt, and the pizzas were very good with plenty of toppings.

Was going to be 1 star. The owner or manager is rude and obnoxious. There saving grace the girls they have working for them such lovely lasses both the driver and the girl taking orders. Meal was not bad after reheating. I doubt could use again because of the management. Maybe might give another chance because of the girls working there. There superb.

Food was mouldy customer service was terrible. Would not eat from here ever again.

The kebab was freezing cold and slightly green coloured also I ordered a chicken kieve pizza and i got just plain chicken pizzaSo I did what everyone els would rang up to tell them and the manager siad to me on the phone nothing they could do coz there mopping up sho and closing then hung up on me witch I live local and there is no way they close at 10pm on sunday very rude staff and horrible food definitely wouldnt recommend this to anyone

Very filthy takeaway guy on the front very cheeky bad attitude wraps fell on the floor while they were taking phone orders never would recommend anyone here had to return to takeaway because my pizza was burnt and went back for refund they start swearing at me never would go here again
