Properties left in State of Decay reporting a repair job is a joke never gets repaired or if they do somehow manage to get somebody out the job is done by a monkey and never fixed properly

Nice to know were the office is.And having easy access to my account is good forPaying for my rent on line.

Horrendous customer service, cannot organise anything, don’t keep to appointments and what they say they’ll do. Happy to say anything to keep you quiet at the time!

Nice looking property but if you need repairs such as a new door.. Because apparently daylight around the door ( so cold in the morning you can see you own breath with the heating on) is acceptable. And they replace doors with wooden ones apparently

This is not there main offices but the staff on the desk are friendly and helpful
