Jenny Vale Massage Therapy
5/5...wholly recommend Jenny. I have been having monthly massages/Reiki with Jenny at my home for quite a while now and she is absolutely lovely and brilliant at what she does. I always feel super relaxed afterwards and my neck is always thankful. I really like how Jenny works intuitively to find those problem areas and how she always keeps you at ease. Reliable, punctual, great value for money - I can't recommend her enough!

I’ve had a few massages from Jenny and she is absolutely brilliant! Always listens to what you want/need so she can give you an amazing massage. Usually I like quite an intense one to work on knots but last time I wanted a more relaxing one and she tailored it perfectly.

Wonderful masseuse! Jenny listens to exactly what's bothering you and is able to help get it out, I feel really comfortable in her hands. Every time I go I come out feeling like a weight has been lifted, and a few times I've been so relaxed I've dozed off! I've tried various types and styles of massage but hers is definitely the one for me.

Jenny gave my an incredible massage. She is kind and welcoming and thorough in her consultation. She provides a very comfortable environment and made me feel relaxed and at ease. The massage strokes were very engaged and her technique is brilliantly applied with so much care. I am a massage therapist so picky about who massages me... But Jenny is fantastic and I will definitely be booking again soon.

Jenny Vale Massage Therapy
I have been having massages with Jenny as part of my postnatal recovery after the birth of my son earlier in the year. Jenny creates a very supportive and open space, where I've been able to attend with my baby, and even feed him when needed. She's been gentle, knowledgeable and intuitive as to what's needed each time. I'm really grateful to Jenny for her wonderful massages and for helping me to relax and recover after birth and pregnancy. Would highly recommend!

Jenny Vale Massage Therapy
I've had a few really great, deep tissue massages from Jenny, and am a repeat customer for good reason. She is so friendly, yet professional. She asks all the right questions before and during the beginning of the massage. I've had chronic neck/back pain for over 15 years, and was very happy with Jenny's care and technique. She gave good after care tips and I was left feeling amazingly relaxed and pain free for the next few days. Would highly recommend, I've booked another one in two weeks!

I've had several incredible massages with Jenny and each time I come away feeling lighter and more grounded in my body. Jenny creates a very comfortable and relaxed environment. She's very thorough with her initial consultation, and I appreciate how she tailors our massages to what's bothering me. I appreciate how she uses varied techniques to help ease the discomfort in my body, and that she adds sound bowls to our massages. I highly recommend Jenny as a massage therapist!

From a professional standpoint she's knowledgeable, intuitive, communicates well in ascertaining the best way to meet your needs, is amiable, presentable and punctual.On a personal level, her commitment to the development of her craft and approach to learning more and more specialist techniques is impeccable; and her compassion is boundless. A truly lovely human and a bloody good masseuse!
