Highly recommended!Myself and my husband had our rings made for our wedding in May 2017. Tim was recommended to us by our friends who had their rings made for their wedding the previous year. Not only were we delighted with our rings, Tim absolutely went out his way to ensure we had everything we needed for our big day. The service was outstanding. Tim offered twice to come to Glasgow to size our temps to ensure the rings were perfect as we were struggling for time to get to Dunnon. Communication was excellent and we met with Tim a good few times in his shop. We never felt rushed and we felt we got to know Tim. I found this quite special as at the end of the day, Tim was making the bands that represented our marriage. We have beautiful wedding band and I cannot recommend his service highly enough.

We are so lucky to have a quality, local family jewelers in Dunoon. The shop front is well designed. The range of jewelry suits all pockets and styles. A superb little shop and great staff.

I was recommended Tim by two separate friends who both had an excellent experience ordering from him. We visited the shop in January this year and met Tim who is very knowledgeable and at no point did we feel pushed or pressured into anything. Tim was so relaxed and friendly, it made the entire experience special. We ordered our rings and were kept up to date regularly on their progress. His prices are the best you'll likely find for the quality you are receiving. Our rings arrived in plenty of time for our big day. I could not recommend him enough.

Can't recommend Tim highly enough. He designed and crafted a beautiful engagement ring and wedding band using my existing gemstones with the addition of a new gemstone too. Excellent communication throughout the process and delighted with the finished rings. Staff in his shop are delightful and very helpful too.

We had a great experience ordering our wedding rings from Tim. He is a lovely guy who is very easy to deal and extremely talented. I honestly couldn't recommend him enough. He even resized my ring free of charge after a few months when I decided it was too tight. His fees are unbelievably competitive.

We met Tim and his wife at an SECC wedding show. We immediately got a good impression from him. He comes across as knowledgeable and passionate about his work, add to the mix his down to earth personality. We knew instantly that we weren’t going to look any further for our wedding bands.We arranged a day trip to visit his shop in Dunoon. He was happy to answer any questions we had and gave some great advice in helping us chose the design, shape, size and material of our rings. He even let us visit his workshop which was one of the most enjoyable and exciting experiences of our wedding planning. Tim even made me a mock ring to try for size because I was apprehensive about the fit/comfort due to a disfigurement to my ring finger.At no point did we feel pressured into making a final decision on our design. Once we did we had every confidence in Tim, and he certainly delivered. The rings were exactly as we requested including the unusual gold mix we specified.We have no doubt that asking Tim to make our wedding bands was one of the best supplier choices of our wedding. We feel privileged to have met him and for him to make our rings. The insight he gave made it more special.
