Needed a replacement car battery, phoned up and they had one in stock, so after a jump start and battery test, drove there, collected it, installed it in the car park, returned the old one and drove away, excellent, what more could you ask for.

First time I have used these people. Very helpful. Very good price. The only downside was i went there about midday on a Saturday, 4 people waiting to be served & only 1 person serving could do with more staff serving. Would definitely use again.

Absolutely ridiculous, never going here again, went in to get my order and was cash only, so I paid online and was told I cannot receive my parts u till 3 days later!!! Wasted patrol and time! The parts are also always low quality and almost never the right size first time, what a joke of a business, will never buy from here again.

Bell is not really in a prominent place. When I found it, customer service was good, however, my items were taken from the showroom on my arrival, not taken off show and ready for me. As there was only 1 of one item left, good job no-one else needed one before I got there

Arrived at Three milestone at 3.40 on a Sunday. Was greeted with information I'd have to order via the website because they'd cashed up and couldn't take cash or card. They had the part but told me I couldn't have it till the next day because payment via the website would take to long! What a load of codswallop!!

It wasn't easy to find. If is in a corner behind the Volvo dealership. Knowledgable staff and friendly enough. I got the part I needed quickly and at a good price.

Staff are rude one of them banned me for no reason at all and when trying to sort it out the manager got assey with me and wouldn't listen to what his staff was doing wrong to customers and not returned back since having to deal with them at court to sort this out as it was an unfair banning
