I had a wonderful experience buying a new Cube bike from this shop. I actually travelled down from Scotland to purchase an XL bike that was not available anywhere else. If you are looking for a new mountain bike then look no further than the Cycle Factory. Sam was superb throughout the sales process. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The after sales support has also been EXCELLENT.

Whilst out on on the Mary towneley loop I had an error message come up on my ebike that had no idea about. The cycle factoryd,b despite being busy took a look at it on the spot and had me up and running in minutes. They have saved my day of cyclingt, I can't thankethank them. I would definitely recommend them

Very good local bike shop, website isnt always up to date so if possible best to call in and see them. Good stock in store usually but is a bit limited at moment due to Covid-19. Highly recommended

Bike shops like this aren't that common, it is what I consider a proper 'mountain bikers' shop. The staff are friendly and the owner clearly knows what he is doing. If you want some decent stuff from nice people I would recommend!

Sorted me out with a new gear cable after mine snapped mid ride - took 5 mins whilst I browsed the excellently stocked showroom. Loaded up on a few bits and will be back for more. Great service
