Nothing recommended, they are just looking for money and more money. Uncomfortable bicycles and you cannot leave them tied up in the street because it goes against their company policy". Why do I want a bicycle if I can't get around and tie it up and then use it again?"

Brompton Bike Hire
I hired a Brompton bike in Hammersmith, it was really simple. I got an SMS with a code, which I used at the Dock, the door popped open and I took out the bike. It unfolded and off I went down the river path. Really fun and a nice position to ride (upright). So easy and healthy! I kept it at home folded under my stairs. Then used the next day to get back to Hammersmith. Nice that you can keep it overnight. Really cheap.

Nice service. Everything worked fine. You book your bike first then you collect it. Once you know when you want to drop the bike you need to book a bay and leave the bike there.

Customer service is always so rude! Shouting at a distressed customer & implying something false is not acceptable. On a previous occasion, don’t know if it’s the same agent, they were also rude when we asked help on why the app is not showing that we’ve returned the bicycle (when we did). Absolutely terrible. The app is buggy and the bicycles are hit or miss - either a good one or faulty.

Avoid at all costsThis company stands for its simple, cheap and convenient self-service hire. That's just what they claim. The process is tedious and took longer than expected, the app is quite buggy and unreliable, the bikes were worn out and poorly maintained and the customer service was unprofessional and rude. I love cycling but this was, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve ever had
