Well worth the visit. Free gait analysis and a very patient assistant asked about the type of terrain I run in, and after a few tests. As a final test we did another gait analysis to confirm the shoes supported correctly, I walked out with a very comfortable pair of Mizuno Wave 7. Will def be back.Update 15-Jan-23:My wife needed a pair of trainers that would help deal with a foot problem. Elaine could not have been more helpful, using her knowledge and a gait analysis, she brought a large selection of shoes to try out. We walked away having purchased a pair of Saucony Rides.Update 4-Nov-23:Back again, this time for a pair of road running shoes for myself as the trails have become claypits. Archie had me try a pair of Saucony, and another from New Balance, but he also suggested a pair of Kahru Fusions, which quickly became my favourite after a spell on their running machine

Travelling to South East Asia and needed a robust trainer, Josh was extremely helpful and knowledgable on what shoe would be best for my journey. Very friendly and didn't feel rushed. Great shop if you want professional advice!

WARNING ON REFUND POLICY.I’m absolutely gobsmacked at the refund policy of this shop! I purchased a pair of running shoes, only to find the same shoes for half the price online. I returned 30 minutes later to politely request a refund, however there are no refunds allowed with in store purchases - as per company policy. This was not pointed out to me by the sales staff when buying my shoes.I then spoke to customer services on the phone to discuss the refund policy, only to be met with hostility on the other end of the phone. They showed no interest in trying to resolve my issue, and we’re very rude when explaining the policy to me, stating that there is a plaque next to the till that outlines the no refunds policy. (Which I never saw!)I would like to note that the staff in store were excellent, and did their upmost to sympathise, offering me 10% off my purchase.I personally won’t be returning and certainly won’t be referring anyone to this shop!

Had a great experience today shopping for new running shoes for me and my girlfriend.Archie was beyond helpful when analysing our running gate and was happy to answer any of our many questions.Welcoming, helpful and reasonably priced!

Went in yesterday to get new trainers, Frankie and Archie were really helpful and full of knowledge. Service with a smile, I highly recommend getting your running trainers fitted here. Will be back

I had my gait analysis done by Archie and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Made me feel at ease during the appointment and gave me some great recommendations for my first pair of running shoes. There was a slight mix up with shoe sizes as I tried on multiple but the team fixed this promptly and a massive thank you to Archie for hand delivering the correct one to my doorstep! He went above and beyond with his customer service and I’d recommend anyone going here for running services!!

Archie was incredibly helpful and friendly and I walked away with a new pair of running trainers that (over 2 months later) I am beyond satisfied with and I’m pretty sure helped me get some new PBs :)I had the gait analysis which was really insightful, and then tried on three different pairs that were most suitable for me. I was given a good amount of information without feeling pressured and am very happy with the service I received. There isn’t a huge amount of clothing stock in the shop, but plenty of options for trainers and it’s a spacious and well kept store.

I’ve had 2 pairs of shoes from here now. The first was a pair of Saucony over a year ago for indoor classes. I felt a bit of a fraud as I don’t ”run” and was a bit concerned I’d trip over on the treadmill but they were really good and the shoes I got really compensated for my rolling in feet (pronation) and my toe pain disappeared. Worth every penny.Just been back for a second pair as started a bit of outdoor running and got a lovely pair of Brooks fitted- really comfortable and the online booking meant no waiting.Excellent staff and service - thank you.

Incredible service - truly was taken by surprise at how insightful and friendly the staff were, really welcoming from arrival and immaculate service until I left the store. Innately passionate about what they do, felt more so like a chat with friends than being pushed into a hard sale. Gave amazing local knowledge and reassurance with the purchase. A true testament to what the running community should all be about. Couldn’t recommend any higher!
