I have used Beale Services regularly. The first time was to fit a new cooker and hob and the second time I called them out to check a suspected Gas Leak. The One last time was a boiler serviceBen is professional, punctual, trustworthy and most of all does a very good job for a fair price. I have recommended him to my friends and family and I honestly would not use anyone else from now on. I am a genuine customer of Beales and I am posting this review as I know how hard it can be sometimes to find trustworthy, honest tradesmen so I would 100% recommend this company.

I left a message with Ben and he was very quick to respond. He was polite and clearly knowledgeable so I was reassured he'd be able to help with my broken boiler. He communicated throughout and once the parts were in, came promptly to fix it. He was friendly and thorough and having been let down by others, it was such a relief to finally have the central heating working properly again! I will certainly be using Beales going forward and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ben and his team.

Benjamin and his team have completed a boiler inspection and heating upgrade repairs at my home. They did a fantastic job - very organised and tidy, with communication with Benjamin very open and flexible re. scheduling the works. And all done just in time before winter comes! I would definitely recommend them to others.

Really pleased with the work Ben and his team did for us, going above and beyond. We needed our radiator removed temporarily to lay down some hard wood flooring - what seemed like a simple job actually uncovered a much bigger problem and we discovered the poor pipe work underneath had created a leak into the room below. As soon as we discovered the issue, Ben came round almost immediately and was able to fix it within a few days despite his busy schedule. Always professional and just really nice guys. Highly recommend

We recently moved into a flat and unfortunately had to get our boiler replaced immediately. Ben was incredibly friendly, well informed and clear in his communication to us. His work is outstanding and he kindly rearranged his schedule so that he was able to visit ASAP to give us hot water/heating. They were very tidy, efficient and fairly priced. Would highly recommend Beales Services Ltd - I'm so glad I found them from some local googling. I will definitely be using them again. Thank you, Ben!
