Vicki & Honor were most pleasant and helpful with questions regarding the photocopier. Vicki, in particular went Over & Above in sorting out this befuddled old geezer with digital stationery issues. I'll be back! A most pleasant calm atmosphere in the library, too. Nice.

My wife and I visited this library on Friday the 5th, for an event for children, We was made very welcome by all the staff and the event went very well, lots of children got involved at the story time, and made the event well worth it, well done Herne Bay Library. H & F Beerling.

Went into the library to enquire about whether I still had an account after many years of not visiting.The librarian I spoke to found me on their system and said my account was no longer active. For the incredibly reasonable price of £1.50 I was issued a new library card that I was able to use immediately.Very good efficient service.

Nice and quiet library. Place to read books to your children. Nice system to bring back and collect your books. Very nice staff. Pleasant atmosphere.
