We used this garage for an MOT on my dads car. They were extremely helpful and professional, and dealt very kindly with my dad (who has dementia). Can't recommend them highly enough!

Where do I start. Fabulous purchasing experience from day 1. Ian listened to our requirements intently and kept us updated with our new car delivery. Professional, courteous, informative, kind and understanding yet still made the delivery different and something special with a grand unveil. Loved it! We love our new 208 Allure Premium.Compelled to add more... (1st October): We recently had to have the car looked at under warranty and again the best service, attentiveness and professionalism was provided. The service department was courteous, informative and gave regular updates on progress. Faster than an F1 pit crew with paperwork, yet chatty and friendly. Thank you. Its very much appreciated.

Possible change of owners by the looks of it, was mentioned by a member of the sales team that they’ve lost a lot of the service team…and it shows!No communication from service team for when my car was ready for collection, part of the job my car was booked in for wasn’t done due to lack of parts, this now means my car needs to go back in, causing loss of car for another day.But the biggest & worrying part of myAwful experience was waiting 20mins for my car keys to be found?! How?! How is it possible to lose customers car keys? Very lacklustre communication throughout, the service team came across as very unorganised. I have my car booked in to complete the above job, if still unsatisfactory I will definitely be going elsewhere, I’m a 20+ year customer, never known poor service in all my years, such a shame

Brilliant service! Could not recommend enough brought my first car a little Peugeot 108 from John. He kept me up to date with everything, sending me videos as I could not get to the garage in person all the way through to the delivery.

I have recently purchased a Peugeot 208 and needed to talk to the service department so I phoned up twice on Monday 16/10/23 once in the morning and once in the afternoon speaking with the same person but on both occasions he informed me he was unable to get through so on both of those occasions he left an email for me to be contacted well its now nearly closing time on Thursday 19/10/23 still no communication so if Peugeot Norton Way (Letchworth) can’t be bothered to contact me I’ll take my business elsewhere. I hope the car performs better than there customer service base because I’m not impressed.

I walked into Peugeot Norton way today(03/11/2023) to fix one of my car bulbs that was out.The reception I got was excellent, I got sorted under 5 minutes.

My previous car was a kia sportage had lots of problems , kia not interested.Popped into peugeot to have alook.Sam Cooke the salesman couldn't be any more help , he was very knowledgeable about the products and in my opinion he is an asset to Norton way peugeot. He made me feel at ease with buying another vehicle as I had bad experience with kia.Sam Cooke is the best if you ever need buy a Peugeot I highly recommend sam Cooke at Norton way letchworth .Sam would look after you .

Dawn Daniels was brilliant. communicated with us every step of the way. She was very knowledgeable and honest. No pushy sales tactics. Hoping the aftersale is going to be a continuation of our current experience.
