BOUGHT AN S 23 ULTRA FROM THESE COWBOYS.THE PHONE WAS BROKEN FROM DAY ONE, THEY REFUSED TO REPAIR THE PHONE SAYING SAMSUNG DONT MAKE PARTS FOR IT BECAUSE ITS A NEW PHONE, LIES, SPOKE TO SAMSUNG , TOOK TO A SAMSUNG SHOP IN MANCHESTER WHERE THE PHONE WAS CEASED BY SAMSUNG.STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP OR YOU WILL NEED A SOLICITOR INVOLVED LIKE MYSELF.

Con artists, paid £130 for repairs, lcd was faulty and getting worse so went back a few weeks later after talking on messenger, told them I want my money back or my phone fixed, went back and he tried charging me another £100, tried stealing my sim card and phone case and locked me in the store before the owner physically assaulted me, tearing my clothes in the process and threatened to 'bang my head' it wasn't until security came when they split us up and told me it has happened several times there and they gave me my sim card that the owner had given them
