His support & communication has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish, he has been extremely helpful going above & beyond to keep in contact with me and keep me updated on my application for my business, and I am really pleased with how the process has gone. Fantastic service from start to finish lots of details required to help with your approval which is understandable but if you be patient and work well with your business advisor i'm sure you'll achieve the outcome you desire. The whole process of my application has been amazing. My business advisor, Forbes, who was assigned to me, was absolutely fantastic. Any query or help I needed was addressed very quickly and efficiently andthe communication was second to none. The help and guidance, and the funding I’ve received has allowed my dream business to become a reality. I can’t thank them enough.

I seem to be one of the few people disappointed by the service received whilst applying for a business start up loan. The response times are well over a week to any simple update or request.Instead of asking for the information upfront, they drip feed what they need over a number of weeks.Apparently, there are things that cannot be funded by a Start Up Loan, even though they aren't listed as excluded on the British Business Bank website. They won't provide information on what is allowed and what isn't.Instead of simply asking for evidence or supporting documents, they'd rather make an assumption that you don't have it. 11 days on from proving that you do have the required licences in place, still no response.
