do not ever get ur nails done here. advertised £25 but charged £40 ?? apparently £5 for design when did a nail on each hand with a pink swirl. awful service. just want the money and don’t care about clients. the glue off acrylic nails peeled after 3 days and they will not refund or replace. overall the worst nail salon to ever exist

Undoubtably the worst salon treatment I’ve ever received.Firstly, the woman doing my nails was careless with her tools and cut the skin around my nails multiple times, actually drawing blood.This same woman at one point during my appointment was pointing at me and whispering to her colleague in her language. I asked them both if there was an issue and her colleague responded by saying: “she just thinks your nails are ugly at that length with that design, just ignore her.” I was truly gobsmacked.Then when it came to paying, the salon charged me and extra £10 for my acrylic nails, than what the price sheet detailed. The woman behind the till could not even explain to me where that extra £10 had come from. If your prices have increased, that is fair enough but update it on your website and price list to avoid confusion among customers. I also feel it is important to note that my friend also tried this salon and was overcharged too.Quite frankly, I am disgusted with the lacking quality of customer service and care you offer at this salon. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not waste your time coming here.

I came to this place for the first time today. I would definitely come again. The woman who took care of me was super friendly and did an impeccable job. I loved her work on my nails! Can't wait to be back here.

Waited an hour for them to start, plain colour gel nails took an hour to paint even though only about 4 coats were applied. Has been 4 days and 3 nails have chipped. One nail wasn’t even filed to begin with! Also £50 for shoddily applied hands and feet. Nail artist spent more time laughing and chatting with eachother than focusing on nails. 0 star

Love this nail salon! Great service and quality. I get gel polish on my hands and toes and it always lasts without chipping till my next appointment. Quick service too, rarely do I ever have to wait even when I don't have an appointment.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!I was a walk in client and with a £25 gelManicure available I thought- Bargain! Only to receive a botched service by an unqualified, untrained manicurist. Not to mention I specifically asked twice for ‘round’ only to get ‘square’. The lady couldn’t paint on properly- Honestly a four year old can do a better job and would probably understand shapes too! I regretfully headed back there to get my gel removed which cost £10 for an awful soak in acetone and sanded off by a machine, no filing, shaping or cleaning of cuticle. Terrible. Ladies take your money elsewhere, anywhere but this cowboy salon.0/5 service.

After reading very mixed reviews on this nail salon I thought I'd just give it a go.... bad decision. I booked an appointment for 13.00 however I wasn't actually started on till 13.30... so whats the point in booking??!Application of the acrylic was just very inconsistant, mine was a very thin layer in comparison to my mums which was aprx 5mm thick.Customer service skills were atrocious. Unfriendly feel as employees talked amongst themselves in their language between giving looks and laughing.My nails were all different lengths and shapes, feels like there's there's no care in the service what so ever just speed to make as much money as possibleAVOID!!

Shame about the negative reviews, I have only had positive experiences since I started going and this is my 6th visit. I wonder if management are picking up these feedback so they can further improve.I am happy with my outcome so far

I’ve had my nails done here a few times now and I’ve always been happy with them. Today I had Tina do them who’s never done them before and honestly was impressed with her. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, she got it down to every last detail, always kept double checking I liked them so far and taking her time to make sure they were perfect. She never once hurt me or caught my skin. Thank you so much!
