Had to wait over 25 hours to get my car from Macclesfield over to Fenton Stoke on trent , I was with Green Flag who have now agreed some compensation for me because of the absolutely atrocious service I received from Egertons. Out of the around 10 phone calls I made Jane stood out as as I was fobbed off by everyone else. If you have a choice DO NOT use this recovery service

They take your money then make no attempt to pick up your vehicle and refuse to give a refund! Disgusting company with vile management! No knowledge of the roads they are working on! Cowboys!!
