I used Fred Estate Agents after a family member recommended me and so glad I did. I was delighted with the personal service that other larger estate agents simply don't offer from past experience. The quality of photos was fantastic as was the virtual tour, which made my house look look bright and spacious online. Jamie's advice was also honest and realistic. I had other estate agents promise me unrealistic figures at an equally expensive marketing cost, but Fred were reasonable and Jamie's knowledge of the market trends was spot on. He pitched my house at the perfect offers over amount, getting me above my target figure in less than a week. Donna's communication, viewer feedback and aftercare to negotiate the smaller details with my new buyer was 1st class. Thank you both. Delighted all round and would highly recommend.

Jamie at Fred was very helpful, professional, and hard working. He took the time out during his time off at a weekend to deal with queries from myself and was very understanding when I decided to chose a different path when reserving a new build plot, in which, are selling for free with no home report costs. If it wasn't for that, I would have used Fred to sell my property as Jamie was extremely knowledgeable about the market, area, and price.
