I do not normally do reviews, but the service from these guys was outstanding! Booking was easy, the promised check in call to confirm the appointment was on time. Arrival on the day was to the minute and the fitting procedure was fully explained to me.As the chassis was very short there may have been a problem fitting them, however Mark and crew over came the problems,. The installation was neat and tidy, one would not realise they had been there. Very professional service and the whole fitting took just over an hour. I was shown how to use the movers and they did not leave my property until I was happy with how to use them (they are easy) The safe engagement and dis engagement of the movers was stressed and was certainly something I would have been caught out by.The fitted movers do the job very well and I have no hesitation in recommending both the movers and Mark

First class service, from initial enquiry to installation and demo. Mark offered great advice on choice of mover, as we had been offered lots of dubious, conflicting advice from other companies. Mark and his young assistant (Didn t catch his name....sorry!) arrived bang on time at our storage yard. (Pretty impressive given the distance they had travelled) Removal of our old twin axle AWD and fitting of our new Powrtouch was completed in an hour and half!!Mark advised us re the condition of our battery, which of course we will address. Service like this is a bit rare these days! If you, like us are hesitant and unsure about selecting a suitable mover, just ring Mark. You won t be disappointed!! Great service and a great price,rang to ask advice and possible fitting dates offered a date about 2 weeks time so just perfect decided which mover to have and all arranged for a Monday in about 2 weeks time,said they would ring the Friday before and did as they said to let me know a fitting time,said around 8 am maybe 730 so ideal Monday came and looked out around 710 the van was here! I live in north Lincs and to come from wales must have been a early start for them, went to move car and van so they could get to caravan with there van to make it easier for them, nothing was too much trouble and so polite and friendly mover fitted perfect by them fully demonstrated and guarantee sorted. Top class service and probably under a hour to do. Would definitely recommend and would use again without hesatation. Thank you fir all your help

Arrived in Durham at 7.45 left at 8.30 all fitted working and demonstrated what a pleasure to deal with such genuine people as Mark and son Brooklyn if you need a mover on your caravan these are the only ones to call best price too thank you

What a great service these guys deliver. Mover fitted today arrived ahead of schedule and completed in an hour and a quarter.
