My daughter developed really bad chesty cough which kept coming back every a few weeks. After only a couple of sessions we noticed the difference - the night cough which she had been suffering most - has reduced and also became more productive during the day hours. She really enjoy visiting the cave as she can play (there is a good choice of toys in the room!) and watch telly so one hour passes very quickly. Nice, very clean and relaxing. Great wee gem.

I have recently developed asthma and after a session my chest feels less tight and I dont wheeze nearly as much, the more session I have the better my chest feels. I always get a good nights sleep after a visit. The children's room is fantastic and my youngest daughter really enjoys visiting the salt caves, and says that she feels she can breathe much easier afterwards. My eldest adult daughter has noticed that she uses her inhauler less and her peak flow has improved. I love it for the health benefits as well as it being a calm relaxing experience. Pete has a wonderful laid back approach to the process and makes you feel very welcome he takes good care of you and explains clearly what will happen during the session and the benefits of visiting. I have chronic fatigue and developed a chest infection which lingered. Visiting salt cave helped ,experience very relaxing chest symptoms eased and next day felt more energised. I would return.

I visited Edinburgh salt cave when the Aberdeen branch closed. This salt therapy helps my asthma so much it was well worth the journey. Clears my nasal passages, chest and I had no food intolerances either while attending Aberdeen clinic on a regular basis.The Edinburgh branch is welcoming I will definitely return

I bought a £400 batch of sessions up front shortly before Covid hit. I returned as soon as I felt comfortable to, but was put under pressure to try and use them up as soon as possible, which I strived to do, despite their very limited opening hours. (3 days, no evenings). Personal circumstances recently made it even harder and visiting became a chore rather than a pleasure. Now with £100 still left they are refusing to honour them. I appreciate things were hard for small businesses. But single sessions are too expensive and I won't trust them with up front payments again. So I'll be sticking to my salt pipe at home from now on.

Really lovely staff and a safe, clean and comfortable environment. I’ve enjoyed all my visits here and have really felt the benefit of each session. I recommend making use of the package deals for multiple sessions, really great price and you have a great amount of time to make use of them. Looking forward to my next session.
