I was on holiday in the area on Thurs 19th and the Adblue warning light came on. I found Dorchester Ford and explained I had no info or the Adblue product and we were 140 miles from our local dealer. Daryl was so helpful, he got the additive and showed me how to fill it.Please notify his manager thanks for the excellent customer service.

The member of staff on the front desk was very abrupt and rude

We went to test drive a car here tonight after going to have a look at it on Monday. We were told by the salesman that he would reserve the car as he was day off yesterday and we could go tonight instead. We finished work on Portland and drove all the way to Dorchester only to be told when we got there that another salesman from Poole had sold the car to someone else yesterday. We said to the salesman at Dorchester why did you not give us a call to let us know and to save us a journey. To say that we were annoyed and put out with the service received was an understatement. Safe to say that we will not be buying a car from this dealership. Or recommending them to others.

Not cheap for a basic 1st Oil change on a Fiesta. Nor a particularly friendly experience, either on the telephone or in person.

Took our transit in for repair after no end of dpf issues. Spent £1200 on new dpf filter with assurances that would fix our faults. Fault codes were removed but still had issues with intermittent plumes of smoke. They advised a new engine even though no issues with the performance. Now just over a year later have all the same dpf issues and fault codes again. So a very expensive fix that did not work and now out of warranty! Won’t be returning!

So last October my s max went in for a auto gearbox service and a tyre pressure monitor to be replaced they arranged for the car to be collect and dropped back to us we told the driver that you need to be carful what wheel nut socket you use as some will take the paint of when dropped back the wheel was marked they promised to get this fixed we sent photos but nothing I again recently contacted them again sent photos and emails when I got no response again and feel enough time has past for them to fix it its not what you expect from a main dealer and won't go there again
