brilliant service, went above and beyond to help me with tracking information I’d lost!

Appalling aggressive behaviour from the lone member of staff . I rang the doorbell at 09:20 after getting the opening time from google . This says 0:900 . The staff member opened the door at 9:30 and began hurling verbal abuse saying the opening time is 9:30 . Fair enough . But why the angry response from the member of staff to a genuine mistake from google timetable . I tried to exlplain this but he would not listen at refused to serve me . Accusing me of being aggressive . I said sorry if he was upset by my ringing the bell but it was a genuine mistake . This calmed him down and he eventually served me .

Helpful and professional. All you need in a Post Office

Unreliable. Closed Sunday but apparently open all other days 9-5 however the 12-1;30 lunch break is not noted and then the next day it’s closed at 11 because the owner hasn’t arrived with no time indication of when they’ll arrive and no one answers the phone.
